New Applicant Experience

We are excited to share that our new application portal is now live! During this phased rollout, applicants will be directed to either the new or current application system, depending on the specifics of their order. Both portals are fully secure and supported.
The new portal features a refreshed design, improved tracking and status visibility, and simplified application—including an integrated voucher and coupon option, a request we have received from many of our clients and partners.

One change you may notice as part of this digital upgrade is a new applicant reference number format. For a period of time, report recipients may notice our legacy reference numbers along with the new format. Currently, reference numbers consist of seven digits (for example, 8008001). The new applicant reference number format will consist of 10 alphanumeric characters (for example, B252N7UMB3).

If you have questions about any of these changes, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager at WES, or click on the “Connect with Us” button on this webpage to send a message to our Client Success team.

Webinar: Understanding International Credential Evaluation

Last month, we hosted a webinar highlighting the benefits of a credential evaluation, shared tips on the WES process, and answered questions from attendees. We’ll be offering these live webinars on a recurring basis and look forward to you and your candidates dropping in. Watch the replay of last month’s webinar here.

Webinar: Understanding International Credential Evaluation

One Report, A Lifetime of Opportunities

A WES credential evaluation isn’t intended for one-time use—on the contrary, our evaluations never expire. This means WES applicants can use the same report for multiple opportunities as they progress in their education or career.

Ximena Velez, a communications professional and entrepreneur, has used her report to apply to a master’s degree program and again to secure employment. Now she’s eyeing her next degree and has recently ordered another copy of the same evaluation. One report for a lifetime of achieving goals!

“I just applied for a master’s program and ordered a duplicate evaluation from WES! I’m very excited about this next step. Thank you again for always being so responsive and supportive.”
