Launched French Applicant Portal

New Applicant Reference Number Format

Evaluation report recipients may notice our legacy reference numbers along with the new format. Currently, reference numbers consist of seven digits (e.g., 8008001). In the future, applicant new reference numbers will consist of 10 alphanumeric characters. (e.g., B252N7UMB3).

Launched French Applicant Portal

Earlier this fall, our team built and launched a new French application portal. With this launch, we are meeting the requirements of Québec’s Bill 96 and affirming our commitment to providing high-quality services in French for our applicants, partners, and stakeholders in Canada. More importantly, we’re making it easier for French-speaking individuals to access services in their official language of choice.

If you have questions about any of these changes, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager at WES, or click on the “Connect with Us” button on this webpage to send a message to our Client Success team.
